Our New Year Refresh is $149* and includes:
• Kitchen (Includes Exterior Appliance Wipe Down)
• Entryway
• Living Room
• Dining Area
• 1 Guest Bathroom
• Vacuum and/or Mopping of these areas

Add the following to your clean:
• Bedroom (+$40 for master, +$30 each for other bedrooms)
• Additional Bathrooms (+$30 Full Bath, +$20 Half Bath)
• Office/Study/Playroom (+$30 each for other types of rooms)

*Base price is subject to increase if the house is in a state of neglect.
